The first picture is before I started the Massive
Growth program. The second picture is after 5 weeks on the program. I gained 9 pounds and got noticeably stronger. My abs got more defined and I gained no body fat. The third picture is a little more than a
week after that. I gained another 2-3 pounds and got even stronger.
I'm now using weights for 4-8 reps that used to be my one rep max. I can finally lift more than my body weight in my workouts on bench press and lat pulldowns. The weight I was using for 4-8 reps on squats is now what I'm using for 15-20 reps. My grip got a lot stronger too. I can hold weight that used to slip out of my hands.
The whole time I've only been eating 3 meals a day. I know the book says to eat more often, but I gained weight still. I eat no junk food, I have a completely healthy diet.
